You feel like you want something different from your career
You’ve done plenty of thinking and research. Somehow, you’re still no closer to knowing what to do.
You don’t need to decide what your career should look like for the rest of your life. To start moving forward, you only need to identify one small step worth testing.
The Maybe Project is a four-week career exploration program that helps you move from “What should I do?” to “Let me find out.”
Instead of spending months researching careers, overthinking possibilities, or waiting for clarity, you'll identify one possibility, design a small real-world experiment, and use what you learn to decide your next step.

Something needs to change. But what?
Perhaps you have one idea that keeps returning, but you don’t know whether it would actually suit you.
Maybe you have several possible directions and keep moving between them without exploring any one of them properly.
Or perhaps you don’t have a clear idea yet. You simply know that you want more meaning, creativity, autonomy, challenge or freedom in your working life.
You don’t need to choose your next career before joining.
The Maybe Project will help you work out what would be useful to explore - and find a small, realistic way to do it.
How the programme works
Over four weeks, you’ll move from broad career uncertainty to a focused hypothesis you can begin testing in real life.
Week 1 — Notice what you want
We’ll look at what is working, what feels missing and which possibilities or interests keep returning.
You’ll create a small landscape of possible directions without putting pressure on yourself to choose immediately.
You’ll leave with: a clearer understanding of what you want to change and which possibilities may be worth exploring.
Week 2 — Choose a useful question
You’ll separate what you know from what you currently assume and decide which uncertainty would be most useful to investigate.
You don’t need to choose the best option for your future. You only need to choose a question that could teach you something valuable now.
You’ll leave with: one focused hypothesis, the assumption behind it and a clear idea of what evidence could help you test it.
Week 3 — Design a small experiment
We’ll find a practical way to test your hypothesis without turning it into a major career commitment.
Your experiment will be designed around your circumstances, capacity and current level of readiness.
You’ll leave with: a clear experiment plan, evidence to look for and your first action already taken.
Week 4 — Make sense of what you learned
We’ll examine what happened without reducing the experiment to a simple success or failure.
You’ll decide whether to continue exploring, modify the idea, ask a better question, pause or let it go.
You’ll leave with: a considered conclusion and a practical 30-day next-step plan.
What you’ll have at the end
By the end of the programme, you will have:
• A clearer understanding of what you want to change
• One focused career question
• Greater awareness of the assumptions keeping you stuck
• A small real-world experiment designed around your situation
• A clearer decision about what to explore next
• A practical plan for the following 30 days
• A process you can reuse for future career questions
You may not leave with your entire future decided - and that isn’t the goal.
You’ll leave knowing more than you did before because you have tested something specific, reflected on the result and turned what you learned into a next step.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
The Maybe Project may be for you if…
• You know that something in your career needs to change, but you’re unsure what
• You have one career idea you can’t stop thinking about
• You have several possible directions and don’t know which to explore
• You keep researching, planning or thinking without moving any closer to a decision
• You’re worried about losing the security, status or progress you’ve already built
• You’re waiting to feel more certain or confident before taking action
• Your career looks fine from the outside - but no longer feels entirely right to you
It may not be the right programme if you want someone to choose a career for you, need immediate job-search support or expect to eliminate all uncertainty before taking action.
Why a group?
Career uncertainty can feel very personal, but many of the patterns behind it are shared.
A small group gives you a chance to hear different perspectives, notice assumptions that are difficult to see on your own and stay accountable while you try something unfamiliar.
Participants won’t be encouraged to tell one another what they should do. The group is there to offer thoughtful questions, support and a place to test your thinking.
All conversations will be confidential.

Meet your host
I’m Yulia Pichugina, a certified professional coach, former iOS engineer and founder of Permission Granted Studio.
As a software engineer, I learned to test assumptions before investing in an entire solution. Today I help ambitious women apply the same mindset to their careers: understanding the real problem, exploring possibilities and building evidence through small, thoughtful experiments.
I created the PEACH Method™ to help women navigate the difficult space between wanting something more and feeling ready to act on it - without relying on generic advice, forced confidence or an unrealistic demand for certainty.

Give your maybe a fair test
You don’t need to know exactly where a possibility will lead before you begin exploring it. But if the same questions keep returning, it may be time to do more than think about them.
The Maybe Project will help you turn that uncertainty into something concrete: a hypothesis you can investigate, a small experiment you can begin and real evidence you can use.
Your experiment may open a promising direction, change the way you understand the original idea or show you that it isn’t worth pursuing. Whatever you discover, you’ll be moving forward with more than assumptions.
